You are entitled to a high level of proactive, courteous service from all associates at Pillar Wealth Advisors, LLC.

Trusted Advisors

You have the right to work with a trustworthy, dependable, independent Wealth Planner focused on your journey toward known and measurable goals. Your Wealth Planner work will to develop a personal relationship with you through ongoing communication highlighting our core beliefs, investment outlook and management philosophy. For clients who receive or ongoing investment management services, your Wealth Planner will present portfolio reviews no less than annually and will remain available to answer questions as they arise.

Recommendations Based Upon Your Needs

You have the right to independent advice and recommendations, based upon your defined needs, risk tolerances, and goals, from an adviser that can never place its interests above your own.

Confidentiality

You have the right to the strictest levels of confidentiality with information provided to the Pillar Wealth Advisors team. Pillar Wealth will protect all non-public personal information to the exacting standards outlined by the SEC, FINRA, and state regulatory agencies. And your information will NEVER be sold or otherwise transmitted to other third-parties without your knowledge and consent.

Transparency

You have the right to a transparent relationship and to clearly know the costs for planning and portfolio advisory services. In all communications from Pillar Wealth Advisors, we will strive to be clear and concise. If you have a question, it is our duty to answer it for you in an understandable way.

Prompt Response

You have the right to a prompt response from the Pillar Wealth Advisors team. As your Investment Advisor, we commit to returning your calls by the end of each business day. Should a request require additional research, our team will set a clearly-defined time frame for our follow-up.

Timely Communication

You have the right to be communicated to in a timely manner. As your Trusted Advisor, our goal is to provide you with information before the question arises, regardless of the medium used.

Education

You have the right to continual education along your journey toward your financial goals. Through education, Pillar Wealth Advisors will create reasonable expectations and achievable scenarios in the development and constant monitoring of your Wealth Plan.

Best Execution

We are obligated to seek best execution in all securities transactions we conduct for you. We strive to complete all portfolio transactions in a timely manner, at the best available price, in accordance with our best execution requirements. Our goal is for all interactions with Pillar Wealth Advisors to be timely, precise, and promptly completed.

Accuracy

You have the right to accurate third-party reporting of all managed accounts. Your statements will identify all account positions held, cash receipts, and disbursements made through Pillar Wealth Advisors.
